Certain products can be compressed. Please be assured it will not affect the structure or use of the mattress. We use premium materials and a standardized quality control process for all our mattresses to maintain their high quality and durability.
The outer cover of some products can be removed and cleaned, please read the label inside the jacket for washing methods. The cotton core should not be washed (including machine or dry cleaning) or placed in direct sunlight.

Selected mattress models come with a 20-year warranty on the following core, and upon inspection, we can provide you with a new mattress of the same size to replace. For details, please refer to the 20-year warranty page.

A HK$300 delivery fee will be charged for orders under HK$500 (on eShop) or HK$2000 (at life stores or department store counters). Free delivery service does not apply to the Islands District. An additional charge of HK$100 (for Ma Wan & Tung Chung) or HK$300 (for Discovery Bay) may be charged.
Delivery and pick-up orders will be ready within 7 to 14 working days (16 to 28 working days for bed frames) in general. You will be notified via phone call when your product is ready for pick up. The ship date could be delayed due to stock issues.

The official delivery time is between 12:00nn and 7:00pm. Our logistics management team will call you to confirm for a 3-hour timeslot, 2 working days before the actual delivery date.
Considering the uncertain traffic condition of the day, you can only make an appointment for a duration of 3 hours, instead of a specified time. A HK$300 administration fee will be charged for such an appointment.
We offer a used mattress disposal service, which can be requested to the driver on arrival and the driver will charge a $200 mattress fee. For details and fees of other services, please refer to the delivery arrangement page.
We can arrange overseas shipping, however, delivery fees, taxes, and other costs incurred should be paid by the recipient upon arrival.Overseas delivery service is only limited to products that cannot be provided by local distributors.
If the delivery address is a warehouse such as a transshipment warehouse or logistics warehouse and there are special packaging requirements, guests must indicate this before confirming the order. If the packaging requirements exceed the normal logistics arrangement, we will charge an administration fee on a case-by-case basis.
